Shipping Policy for Canadian Titles LTD.

Summary

  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM MST will begin processing the same business day.

  • Processing Time: Orders are prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery takes 3–14 business days, depending on your location (Monday to Friday).

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 5–19 business days from the time of purchase.

  • Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping worldwide—no matter where you are located.

  • Where We Ship: We ship to most countries globally, except the following due to restrictions or instability:
    North Korea, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Belarus, Russia, Afghanistan, Yemen, Somalia, South Sudan, Myanmar (Burma), Ukraine, Venezuela, and Cuba.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order summary. We then begin processing your order, which typically takes between 2 to 5 business days. After dispatch, your order should arrive within 3 to 14 business days, and you’ll receive tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Free, international shipping is provided for all orders. We are not responsible for any duty or import fees that may incur once the order has arrived in its destination country. We ship to nearly every country in the world, however due to international trade restrictions, sanctions, and unstable shipping conditions, we currently do not ship to the following countries:

  • North Korea

  • Iran

  • Syria

  • Sudan

  • Belarus

  • Russia

  • Afghanistan

  • Yemen

  • Somalia

  • South Sudan

  • Myanmar (Burma)

  • Ukraine

  • Venezuela

  • Cuba

We reserve the right to update this list at any time based on global developments, sanctions, or logistical concerns.

Cancellations

Excluding custom orders, you can cancel your order for a 100% refund within 24 hours of purchasing. To cancel, contact us at hello@canadiantitles.ca with your order number. We will cancel your order and you will receive a full refund. If the order has already shipped, follow the return procedure after receiving the product.

Custom or made-to-order merchandise products include:

  • Any customized merchandise product, such as mugs, pens, gift cards, patches, notebooks, keychains, apparel, home and outdoor products, or any accessories.

  • Any add-on products to the Canadian Title package itself.

Custom or made-to-order merchandise products do not include:

  • Your Canadian Title

  • Your Bequeathing information

  • Your stickers

  • Your Patent of Nobility granted by Canadian Titles Peerage Registry

This means that all sales are final for custom and made-to-order products. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please contact hello@canadiantitles.ca or call +1 (888) 460-4143.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email. This will include your tracking number and carrier details which can be used to monitor the process of the order. 

Delayed Orders

Occasionally, orders may experience delays due to factors outside of our control, such as severe weather conditions or increased shipping demand. While we aim to deliver within 19 business days from the time you place your order, please note this includes up to 5 business days for handling and up to 14 business days for shipping. If your order hasn’t arrived, we kindly ask that you wait 3 business days before reaching out to our support team at hello@canadiantitles.ca.

Damaged Orders

Please examine your package carefully upon delivery. If you see any visible damage, make a note of it on the delivery receipt. Should your item arrive damaged and you’d like to request a return, contact us within 48 hours at hello@canadiantitles.ca with the following:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) that were damaged

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos and/or videos clearly showing the damage


We’ll handle the freight claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. If it's confirmed that the item was damaged during transit, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Important: To ensure your claim is valid, all photos and/or videos must be submitted to hello@canadiantitles.ca within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
