This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Canadian Titles website (canadiantitles.ca).

Order Cancellations
Excluding custom orders, you can cancel your order for a 100% refund within 24 hours of purchasing. To cancel, contact us at hello@canadiantitles.ca with your order number. We will cancel your order and you will receive a full refund. If the order has already shipped, follow the return procedure after receiving the product.
Custom Order Cancellations
Custom or made-to-order merchandise products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.
Custom or made-to-order merchandise products include:
- Any customized merchandise product, such as mugs, pens, gift cards, patches, notebooks, keychains, apparel, home and outdoor products, or any accessories.
- Any add-on products to the Canadian Title package itself.
Custom or made-to-order merchandise products do not include:
- Your Canadian Title
- Your Bequeathing information
- Your stickers
- Your Patent of Nobility granted by Canadian Titles Peerage Registry

Refunds and Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of receiving them and you will be refunded 100% of your money back. Please note:
- The 30 day return window means returns must be initiated and shipped within 30 days of delivery.
- We do not refund your postage or gift wrap and engraved or personalised accessories cannot be exchanged or refunded (see the Custom Order Cancellation section above).
- Any merchandise products which have been made to order upon request cannot be returned for refund or exchange, unless the item is faulty see the Custom Order Cancellation section above)..
Please follow the steps below to initiate a return:

Email hello@canadiantitles.ca with:
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
- We will respond to your email with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return and where to ship the return to. Ship the product(s) within 30 days of their initial delivery.

Costs:
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please ensure you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment.

- Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund. The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 21 days of receiving the returned item.
Should you wish to return a product to us, we recommend you use a tracked/signed for delivery service as we cannot make a refund until the item has been received by us.
Damaged Items
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, document it on the delivery receipt. If your item arrives damaged and you wish to initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@canadiantitles.ca with:
- Your order number
- The damaged item(s)
- A brief description of the damage
- Photos and/or videos of the damage
We will file a freight claim with the carrier on your behalf. If an item is determined to be damaged in transit, we will ship a new item to you free of charge.
Please note that photos and videos of the damage must be sent to hello@canadiantitles.ca within 48 hours of delivery or the claim will not be valid.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Chargebacks
We are committed to resolving any product, return, or refund issues you may encounter. Please contact us first if you have an issue with your product, and we will work with you to resolve it. Fraudulent chargebacks will not be tolerated, and we encourage customers to reach out directly to resolve any issues before initiating chargebacks.
