SMS Disclosure
By providing your phone number at checkout and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Canadian Titles. These may include:

When you opt in, we collect and store your phone number along with your name, shipping address, email, and order history in our secure CRM. We use this information only to send SMS messages related to your purchases or marketing communications from Canadian Titles.
Canadian Titles's website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.
We do not share your phone number or any related SMS data with third parties. Your information is stored securely in Canada and is never sold or transferred outside of our organization.
If you opt out of SMS messages, we retain your number and related data for up to one year, solely for recordkeeping and compliance purposes.
8. Disclosure of Your Information

The security of your personal information is very important to us. We use physical, electronic, and administrative measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. We store all information you provide to us behind firewalls on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to the Website.
