AND ARE FOR ENJOYMENT PURPOSES ONLY. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT
SELL LEGITIMATE OR LEGALLY RECOGNIZED NOBLE TITLES.


At Canadian Titles, we believe that everyone deserves a touch of nobility—whether
you fancy yourself a Duke of Drumheller, a Baroness of Banff, or the Lord Protector of
Poutine. However, before you grab your scepter and start making decrees, here’s what
you need to know:

  1. This is a novelty gift. Please note that none of the titles sold on our Website are legally recognized under the laws of Canada or any other country. Titles we issue do not grant you any special legal rights, privileges, or status.
  2. Not Legally Recognized. While we take our fun very seriously, no court, government, or tax agency will acknowledge titles purchased on our Website. We encourage you to embrace the spirit of our novelty titles—but please don’t try to collect feudal taxes or raise an army.
  3. We Do Maintain an Official Registry. Titles we issue will be officially recorded in our Canadian Titles Proprietary Registry. When you purchase a title, it will remain yours in our Registry until you choose to gift it, bequeath it, or until the syrup runs dry from the proud Canadian maple (which, let’s be honest, will never happen).
  4. Transfer of Title – You can pass your title on to another worthy individual. Our Registry will track transfers with all the dignity and pomp such a monumental occasion deserves.
  5. No Government Endorsement – While we appreciate the enthusiasm, neither the Canadian government, the monarchy, nor any other entity recognizes our titles. This is all about fun, heritage, and celebrating Canada in a unique way.
  6. By purchasing a title from Canadian Titles, you acknowledge that you’re in it for the fun—not for legal recognition. And we think that’s exactly the way it should be. Wear your title with pride!
